After the madness of the holidays, we’re getting back into the usual rhythm of things at the shop, and we’re looking forward to restarting our very informal Wednesday afternoon lunch discussions about books and literature and all that good stuff.

This Wednesday, Carrie will be talking about some of the contemporary poetry that has set her world on fire lately. Bring a pen as well as your lunch, and get ready to make some lists! (If I know anything about anything, you’ll be hearing about Hanif Abdurraqib and Reginald Dwayne Betts among others.)
